AC Schnitzer gives its 2008 BMW 1-Series tuning program yet another go. This time, the German tuner offers an upgrade package for the 2008 BMW 135i, 123d and 120d convertibles increasing their maximum available power to 360 hp, 240 hp and 200 hp respectively.

The new family of 2008 BMW X6 sport activity coupes will come to the company's U.S. dealerships before the end of this month, so it seems like the right time to know the vehicles' base pricing. Available soon in two flavors, the top of the line 2008 BMW X6 xDrive50i will start at hefty $63,775 price, which is $9000 more expensive than the 2007 BMW E70 X5 4.8i equipped with the same 4.4-liter V8 engine.

The German BMW tuning specialist has just presented its fresh tuning program for the 2007 BMW X5. Called Lumma CLR X530, the program is aimed to boost performance of the diesel-powered SUVs while significantly enhancing its appearance. The white-painted body kit is just great. In fact, it looks so neat you want to buy a Bimmer to have a good excuse to get one.

The upcoming 2008 BMW X6 SAC will come to U.S. dealerships in the second quarter of 2008. The German company officially confirms that the vehicle will be available with a choice of two engines: a twin-turbo, direct-injected 4.4L V8 and a lot less powerful twin-turbo inline six-banger.

Next year, BMW will start selling its 1-Series Convertible. Long-awaited by enthusiasts, the tiny Bimmers will be available as 128i and 135i models and will feature two main design elements making for a driver's car. Namely, a six-banger sitting within a rear-drive chassis.

BMW has just revealed its U.K. pricing for the upcoming 1-Series Coupe, coming on sale in November, 2007. The cheapest 175bhp diesel-powered BMW 120d ES Coupe will start at £21,585, which is £940 and £1,170 more than the three-door and five-door 120d ES respectively.

There are too many numerals in the title, so I feel obliged to explain what they mean. They mean that German tuning studio G-Power has taken a mighty 5.0-liter engine from current BMW M5, souped it up to 550 hp and implanted it in the BMW M3 CSL sports coupe in the E46 body. Something like that.

Remember that disgusting wide-body kit called Lumma CLR 600? Well, the German tuner has attempted to make a little bit more subtle version of the job calling it CLR 600 S and claiming that it will fit all current BMW 6-Series, from the 630i to the M6 including the M6 Cabriolet. And, by the way, "S" here is for "street" meaning that it's for the street-legal cars only.

The upcoming 2008 BMW 128i and BMW 135i sport coupes, which will go on sale in the spring of 2008, will be equipped with two different flavors of the same 3.0-liter inline engine. The less potent 128i will be motivated by a 230hp motor producing up to 200 lb-ft of torque, while the top of the line 135i Coupe will sport a twin-turbocharged developing more impressive 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque available at as low as 1,400 rpm.

BMW has finally unveiled details concerning its facelifted 6 Series coupe and convertible performance vehicles. The range-topping BMW 650i now sports the new eight-cylinder 4.8-liter engine, featuring double-VANOS system and Valvetronic valve control and capable of developing up to 360 hp reached at 6,300 rpm. The engine's maximum torque peaks at 3,400 rpm and reaches generous 360 lb-ft (488 Nm).

BMW has officially revealed its new 3-Series Convertible. The vehicle comes with a new folding hardtop, which takes just about 22 seconds to open or close, and will be shipped with a choice of two petrol engines and a diesel.
