2009 Honda Fit will start at $15, 220
The price includes the $670 destination charge and applies to the base model with a 5-speed manual gearbox mated to a standard for the whole range 117hp, 1.5-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine. Replacing the manual with a five-speed automatic will increase the 2009 Honda Fit's price tag to more impressive $16,020, but at the same time will improve its fuel economy rating from 27/33/29 mpg in the city/highway/combined cycles to 28/35/31 mpg respectively.

Honda FCX Clarity goes on to assembly line
Honda has officially commenced assembly of its long-awaited FCX Clarity green vehicle. Powered by an advanced hydrogen fuel cell system, the car's production will be limited to just a few dozens of units per year. Only 200 cars will be built within the next three years.

2009 Honda Pilot will start at $27, 595
Honda has unveiled recommended pricing for its 2009 Honda Pilot large SUV. The basic LX trim of the eight-seating SUV will be available at a price of $27,595 and the most expensive Pilot Touring will start at more impressive $38,395.

2008 Honda Ridgeline
As the US dollar gets cheaper, foreign manufacturers keep adjusting their prices in the northern direction when refreshing the model line-up. This time Honda has decided to increase the price of its 2008 Honda Ridgeline truck, sweetening the pill with a wheel upgrade choice offering machine finished alloys on the RTS and RTL trims.

Honda has finally unveiled its long-awaited (by some, at least) 2008 Honda Accord. Available as a sedan or a coupe, the new eighths generation Accord comes with a choice of three engines, including a range-topping 3.5L iVTEC six-pot producing 268 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque.

Honda calls its 2007 Civic Type R a 'superhatch'. They've got to be joking
The new Honda Civic Type R, set to come to the Asian and European markets, is referred to as a performance version of the original dull and uninteresting Honda Civic hatchback. The main problem of this car is that some guy at Honda really thinks that it takes only one horsepower to make a 'superhatch' out of a motorized wheelchair.

London Metropolitan Police has acquired 117 new Honda Civic Hybrids to be put on duty. The hybrid vehicles are leased on a two-year/24,000-mile contract.

2007 Honda Element details unveiled
Face-lifted Honda Element LX and EX SUVs went on sale yesterday with prices starting at $18,900, which is 2.7 per cent higher than the base price of the outgoing model. But don't you worry: for the extra money Honda will deliver a face-lifted SUV that features additional 10 horsepower, new five-speed automatic and a new set of standard safety equipment.

Honda Jazz/Fit gets the most reliable car's crown
British magazine Which? has found that smaller, cheaper cars are, as a rule of thumb, more reliable than their luxurious counterparts. And, at least in Great Britain, the most reliable car is the small Honda Jazz city zipper, also known in the U.S. as Honda Fit.

2007 Honda Stream officially announced
The new Honda Stream MPV, which replaces the older homonymous model since July 14 in Japan, has been at last officially announced. The restyled version features much more aggressive and mature appearance and also makes some family resemblance with current Honda Odyssey JDM.
