The American Hybrid Technologies company is reportedly working on an electric-powered version of the BMW Mini Cooper small hatchback. Although the company is promising that the electric mini will save you about $1250 dollars a year on gasoline, the cars will sell at such a high price that you will have to wait at least 30 years to get your money back.
