Pictures of the new Jaguar XKR have leaked

It's just another PR-disaster. Although Jaguar's execs planned to unveil the new Jaguar XKR coupe-convertible only in July during the upcoming British Motor Show, the worst has happened and the pictures surfaced in the Net. In the Auto Motor und Sport magazine, to be more precise.







The German magazine reports that the car will feature a supercharged 4.2-liter V8 capable to produce a maximum of 416 horsepower. The engine is powerful enough to accelerate the Jaguar XKR coupe from zero to 62 mph in just 5.2 seconds. The cabriolet trim is 0.1 second slower. Its top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph.

The Auto Motor und Sport expects the coupe and cabriolet to cost €94,990 and €102,990 respectively.
