2007 Volvo XC90 SE Sport SUV announced
Volvo plans to officially present its new sport SUV XC90 SE Sport during the upcoming London Motor Show. The company says that the off-roader will feature a more dynamic sport chassis, stiffer anti-roll bars, firmer shock absorbers, a sport-tuned, speed-dependent steering system, and larger, 19-inch alloy wheels.
The new 2007 Volvo XC90 SE Sport will be offered with a choice of three engines: the latest 315 hp V8, new 3.2-liter in-line six-cylinder and the latest generation D5 185 hp turbodiesel engine. 4Car says that the first two engines will be mated to the Geartronic automatic sequential transmission, and the diesel version will come with a manual as standard but may also be ordered with the automatic gearbox.
The SUV will also feature two-tone leather sports seats with additional lateral cushioning, a sportier steering wheel and gear lever, and instrument dials with metal chronograph watch-style faces combined with a shimmering blue luster.
