
Volvo C30 to be unveiled in Paris
Volvo is apparently going to officially unveil its new Volvo C30 hatchback at the upcoming motor show in Paris this September. And while the company makes all the needed preparations, there are some more details about the car.
The C30, AutoWeek reports, is based on the new Mazda3 platform. Weighing about 3,000 lbs. (1360 kg), the vehicle will be equipped with a turbocharged inline five-cylinder engine, producing a maximum of 218 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque.
The magazine also promises a 650-watt premium sound system and enough room inside to give all the due comfort to its four passengers.
