Porsche 911 Turbo tuning package from TechArt
The new Porsche 911 Turbo (model 997) has been exposed to yet another set of modifications from a major tuning specialist. The German TechArt Automobildesign studio has offered its fresh tuning program for the super-coupe.
TechArt's new exterior aero kit is, so far, the most exciting appearance package for the new Porsche 911 Turbo, really. Just look at that new front apron with fog-lamps integrated into the extra spoiler, and the rear bumper with additional air vents! It's so cool, it can successfully counter the Global Warming Armageddon™, I suppose. The rear spoiler looks even better than the factory installed one.
Although TechArt hasn't yet devised an extensive engine upgrade program, the studio offers a set of modifications, capable of giving the 911 Turbo not only smashing look, but also some additional power and handling capabilities.
The car, for example, may be ordered with a new stainless-steel sport exhaust system and oval-shaped dual tailpipes. Of course, the company is offering its electronically adjusted coil-over suspension that lets adjust 911's ride height by as much as 25 mm. There is also a set of new light-alloy wheels in size 8.5Jx20 in front and in size 12Jx20 on the rear axle, which can be fitted with ContiSportContact 3 tires in sizes 245/30 ZR 20 and 325/25 ZR 20.
