L'Equipe sports daily may now order a customized edition of a Renault Megane sport sedan, coupe or a tourer featuring exclusive upholstery, 16-inch aluminum alloys, foglamps, leather-trimmed steering wheel and gearknob, a radio-CD system with MP3 playback and special decals with L'Equipe logo.
Posted by: nektotigra on 13/03/07 The cars are offered with either 1.4-liter 16-valve 100hp or 1.6-liter 110hp gasoline engines or with a 1.5 dCi oil-burner producing a maximum of 85 or 105 horsepower. The 1.6-liter 16-valve powerplant is mated with either manual or automatic gearbox, the rest of engines come only with manual transmissions.
The equipment list includes an ABS plus Emergency Brake Assist, chilled, lit 17-litre glove box, driver and front passenger adaptive airbags, front and rear curtain airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, three-point rear seatbelts with pretensioners for outer seats and load limiters, trip computer, etc.

Renault Megane L'Equipe is available with a total of ten body colors, including Pavot Red which is specific to this limited edition car.
