
2008 Fiat 500 Cinquecento unveiled in Turin
The new Fiat 500 Cinquecento mini car has finally been unveiled in Turin, Italy, marking the fiftieth anniversary of the original 500. Fiat hopes that the new Cinquecento, which will cost about €15,000 in Europe, will make a decent competition to the Mini hatchback.
The 2008 Fiat 500 Cinquecento will be available with a choice of three engines, including the Multijet 1.3-liter diesel capable of producing up to 75 hp and 145 Nm of torque and return really impressive 63.7 mpg fuel economy. The other two engines are a 70hp and a 135 hp jobs.
