2008 Saab 9-5 Nordic Edition unleashed
Saab has just added the Nordic Edition trim to its 9-5 model line-up. The new series is presented in the Saab 9-5 Sedan and Saab 9-5 SportCombi ranges.
In its press release, Saab is reporting that the Nordic Edition will be available to the mid-range Vector trim (the other two are Linear and Aero) and will include a comprehensive set of new standard elements.
For example, the Nordic Edition will feature a full leather interior, a leather/matte aluminum steering wheel, better audio system, cruise control, parking assistance, 17-inch five-spoke alloys and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. The SportCombi version will also include matte aluminum roof rails and a storage tray under the rear cargo floor.
All Saab 9-5 models are available with new flex-fuel engines with maximum power output rising from 150 to 260hp depending on the motor's displacement.
