2008 Skoda Superb
Based on the current Volkswagen Passat and targeted against the new Ford Mondeo, the upcoming 2008 Skoda Superb executive sedan will offer its prospective owners so much living space and comfort features that it very well may rival its bigger brother, the Passat itself.

The vehicle will be officially unveiled to the public only in March 2008 during the upcoming Geneva motor show in Switzerland, but the Czech company has already revealed first teaser image of the refreshed Superb. As you can see, the exec looks almost like the donor car from Germany. Its "face" is a trifle gloomy though, just like the car is experiencing a severe case of hangover, or, perhaps a kind of sleep deprivation.

Sources say that the new Skoda Superb will be available with a choice of three turbocharged and supercharged TSI units and a couple of newer oil-burners may also join the range. The diesel engines are likely to be offered as 1.9- and 2.0-liter common rail units.

The car is expected to be launched in summer 2008 at quite an affordable price.
