Land Rover Discovery 3 / LR3 gets minor facelift
It's been a year and a half since the original Land Rover Discovery Series 3 / LR3 official introduction, so it's definitely a time to refresh things here and there. Set to arrive to local dealerships in August 2008, the face-lifted Disco 3 will be presented to the public at the British International Motor this July.
As the Land Rover is reporting in its press release, the refreshed Disco3 / LR3 will feature slightly restyled front and rear bumpers and wheel arches. Its two-piece tailgate will also receive a color-keyed finish and the SUV's door handles and reshaped fender side vent may now be painted in "tungsten" metal gray paint.
There is also a new set of 19-inch 7-spoke wheels painted in new metallic paint colors, Santorini Black, Galway Green and Bournville.
Inside the SUV you will find an upgraded Bluetooth entertainment system and an "almond" trim color.
The 2009 Land Rover Discovery 3 / LR3 will start at a modest price of £29,950.
