Toyota Prius Hybrid Convertible by NCE
Guys from Newport Convertible Engineering have presented their new baby: much revered by the treehugger community Toyota Prius Hybrid with its top removed. Though built to order, the car looks a little bit ugly, to say the least.
Just like with most aftermarket conversions, the Toyota Prius done by NCE features rather clumsy-looking roll-hoop canvas roof and window-frames left to prevent the car's body from folding up.
Looks like it would have been a better idea to save the money to buy the conversion kit from Hymotion to turn the Prius into a plug-in hybrid and save some extra fuel.
