With a production limited to meager 1000 units this year and 700 in 2009, the
Shelby tuning specialist will have no problem selling its new
Ford GT500KR stunner at a recommended street price of $79,995.

GT500, will have its power increased from 500 hp to 540 hp and its original torque of 480 lb-ft now peaks at 510 lb-ft (691 Nm). Of course, the vehicle's chassis and suspension have also been upgraded to match the new performance levels.
The vehicle will be available sometime in June, 2008.
