Fiat Palio Weekend Adventure Locker crossover goes to Brazil
Building on its success in Latin America, Fiat keeps introducing new models to the local market. This time, Brazilian customers are going to receive the new Fiat Palio Weekend Adventure Locker crossover vehicle.
Just like its predecessor, the new Palio Weekend Adventure Locker is basically just a cheap station wagon with reinforced suspension and increased ground clearance. What's new about the car it is its ELD system. Available at speeds below 20 km/h, the ELD partially compensates the lack of an AWD on slippery surfaces, such as wet clay (they don't have snow there in Brazil).
Fiat plans to charge from R$39,920 (about USD 24,000) for the basic version, ELX 1.4 Flex, to R$53,850 (about USD 32,500) for the Adventure Locker 1.8 Flex.
