2010 Chevy Camaro production version stays true to the concept
Looks like GM has finally got it right and decided to keep the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro production version as close to the concept car as possible. The car even retains those cool dials and instrument gauges on the center console inspired by the Camaro of 1969 model year.
The car itself will be a badass, too. GM plans to ship it in three models -basic LS, LT and the top of the range hell-on-wheels-class SS trim. While the base model will be motivated by a powerful 296bhp, 3.6-liter V6, the 2010 Camaro SS will be equipped with a huge 416bhp, 6.2-liter V8 LS8 engine with a cylinder shut-down technology.
The 2010 Camaro must also be quite good on a winding road since it will be shipped with an all-independent suspension, StabiliTrak stability control system and the SS model will also get four-pot Brembo brakes on both front and rear wheels. American muscle, yeah.
