
U.S.-spec 2009 Audi A4 Avant will start at $34,500
Audi of America plans to charge $32,700 and $34,500 for the sedan and station wagon versions of the 2009 Audi A4. Going on sale in September 2008, the car will be available for test drives starting on August 10th.
Audi says that the sedan will be delivered with a choice of two engines. The entry level model will be equipped with a front-wheel drive and a 2.0-liter, 211hp TFSI engine and the top of the line A4 sedan will get a Quattro system powered by a 3.2-liter, 265hp FSI V6 powerplant.
The A4 Avant model will be available only with the 2.0-liter TFSI engine and the Quattro AWD system. Well, the engine may be small but it's still capable of getting the car from zero to 60mph in only 6.5 seconds.
