Sportec SP750: Swiss made tuning kit for the Porsche 911 GT2 (997)

The famous Porsche 911 GT2 supercar has received yet another tuning kit making it even more powerful. The Swiss made Sportec SP750 program consists of a four stage power upgrade, an aero kit, new wheels, as well as chassis and suspension tuning.



The engine tuning program, Sportec says in its press release, comes in four stages, effectively increasing the Porsche 997 GT2's standard 3.6-liter flat-six bi-turbo engine maximum power output from 530hp to 600hp in the first stage and to the stunning 750hp in the top of the line "Stage 4" upgrade. The most powerful version of the Sportec SP750, which is equipped with modified turbochargers and titanium con rods, sports camshafts, high flow exhaust kit, larger charge-air intercoolers, and a reprogrammed ECU, slashes the original GT2's 3.7 seconds zero to 100km/h acceleration time by 0.5 seconds to much more impressive 3.2 seconds.

The Sportec SP750 may be additionally equipped with a set of 20-inch alloys fit with 245/30 ZR20 tires up front and 325/25 ZR20 at the back, a reinforced sports clutch, a high-performance braking system with six-piston calipers and brake discs increasing in diameter from 350 to 380mm, and a sports suspension kit.
