OETTINGER tunes 2009 VW Scirocco
With a new body kit from German tuning specialist OETTINGER, VW's hottest-looking hatch 2009 Volkswagen Scirocco sports even more menacing and self-assured appearance. Besides a rear diffuser, the kit also includes a set of aero flaps for the front splitter and sill extensions.
The list of changes, OETTINGER says in its press release, also includes new polished stainless steel exhaust system, a set of sport wheels with a top size of 20 inches, adjustable suspension, larger brakes, and an interior carbon fiber trim, as well as stainless steel kick plates and aluminum pedals.
Of course, there is also an engine upgrade program for the vehicle's 2.0-liter and 1.4-liter TSI engines. With these upgrades, the engines return 240PS and 200PS respectively. In the nearest future, the German tuner plans to introduce one more engine upgrade program, increasing its power to 350PS and 470Nm.
