2009 Saab 9-3 2.0T Special Edition Convertible will be presented in Los Angeles

At the upcoming Los Angeles International auto show, GM will present another special edition of its Saab 9-3 2.0T Convertible. Starting at impressive $46,725, the spec.ed. vehicle will be available in three metallic colors, namely Jet Black, Carbon Grey and the new Bright Champagne.

Just like the original model, the 2009 Saab 9-3 2.0T Special Edition Convertible will be motivated to a 2.0-liter, 210hp turbocharged four-banger mated to either a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic gearbox. Distinctive parts include new, more refined front bumper, steering wheel and new carbon fiber interior trim as well as black floor mats with grey binding.

On the back, the car sports a dual-pipe exhaust system and an anthracite grey bumper insert. It will roll on a set of 17-inch alloys.

GM plans to start selling the Special Edition Convertible in January 2009.
