Pretty much expensive, huh, but that’s the U.K. pricing and there is a good chance that the price in Euros will start at around €18,000.
That’s not that bad, after all, since the Focus Coupe-Cabriolet will be ВЈ200 cheaper than Opel/Vauxhall Astra TwinTop and £2,575 less expensive than VW Golf Eos in a basic package.
A list of standard equipment for the Ford Focus CC-1 includes such gear as alloy wheels, active rollover protection system, four seats with sculptured rear bench; electronic heated door mirrors with side turn indicators, Thatcham 1 Cat alarm, CD and an air conditioner.
The CC-2 is also equipped with a 2.0-liter 145 hp Duratec engine, as well as 17-inch ten-spoke ‘Vignale style’ alloy wheels, three-spoke leather steering wheel, Sony MP3 player and Quickclear windscreen.
The CC-3 comes with cruise control, Quickclear, Auto lights, wipers and mirror; chrome detailed front fog light and grille surround. There will also be some 6CD stereo system from Sony.
