It’s official: a limited lot of the fast and furious 2007 Audi RS4 Cabriolet sports-cars will soon arrive to some extremely lucky Australian motorists. Produced by Audi’s daughter company quattro GmbH, the RS4 is the most high-performing version of their S4 model range that money can buy.
The RS 4 will be sold in an exclusive edition version limited to only 25 copies. The car will carry a hefty price tag of 187,500 Australian dollars (about $142,425 USD).
The party of Audi RS 4 Cabriolets will arrive to Australia in January 2007. By that time, the local stronghold will be captured by the RS 4 sedans, which came here in May, and the RS 4 Avant station wagons, scheduled to arrive in October.
The cabrios will come equipped with 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine with a maximum output of 420 hp and a peak torque of 430 Nm reached at 5,500 rpm.
