Porsche 911-based RUF R Kompressor
Getting the 911, itself a monster, as a basis for its new street-legal sportscar, German RUF tuning company has created a real earth-scorcher, capable to jump from zero to 62 mph in just 4.1 seconds and achieve stunning 189 mph (300 km/h).
This is done with the help of a supercharged 3.8-liter Kompressor engine.

Based on a standard flat-six 6-cylinder 24-valve powerplant, it adds a pair of water-cooled intercoolers and a centrifugal Kompressor with planetary gearbox, with additional cooling provided from a separate water cooler at the front spoiler.
Thanks to the mighty superchargers, the RUF R Kompressor achieves 435 hp of maximum power output reached at 7,000 rpm and features a peak torque of 347 lb-ft (470 Nm) at 5,000 rpm.
The Porsche 911 RUF R Kompressor comes rolling on a set of 19-inch wheels, wrapped in 255/35 ZR19 front a 305/30 ZR19 rear tires.
There is also a set of high performance RUF brakes that are fitted with 4-piston-aluminium-callipers and 330 mm ventilated and drilled cast iron disks in the front and 330 millimeters and 4-pistons-calipers in the rear.
