A limited lot of Mini Cooper S JCW Competition Edition super-hatchbacks has arrived to Canadian dealerships. According to official information, the new Minis are based on the stock Cooper S model, but have their maximum power output increased by around 35 hp with similar increase in peak torque.
Select Canadian drivers may soon be able to get their hands on one of these beautiful cars, made in commemoration of original Mini’s victory at the 1964 Monte Carlo Rally.
The 2006 Mini Cooper S JCW Competition Edition will feature a JCW Engine Tuning Kit, which pumps the motor’s available power to 208 horsepower, and a lot of other performance upgrades.
For example, the vehicle will be equipped with JCW Sport Brake kit with larger 294 mm front brake discs; a JCW Sport Suspension Kit; a Limited Slip Differential and DSC.
Of course, the car also comes with an aerodynamic kit an 17-inch web-spoke two-piece alloy wheels.
There will be only 64 exclusive Mini Cooper S JCW Competition Edition hatchbacks.
