British sports cars enthusiasts are now able to order the latest Vauxhall VXR8 Australian street-legal tire-burner.

The new super-sedan comes with a 6.0-liter V8 engine, developing mind-blowing 450 horsepower and 550 Nm and making the car sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds. And all this power is available to you for £34,995 only.

That’s quite a value for money.

The Vauxhall VXR8 is based on the latest Holden HSV Clubsport R8 sedan but is set to compete against such monsters as the new BMW M5 and Audi S6. It may not be as luxurious as the German beasts but at least it offers comparable amounts of power and torque.

The VXR8 is available with stability and traction systems, although those may be switched off whenever the driver feels like practicing his skills on the track (sure).

Vehicle’s automatic gearbox is available with a manual override option.

To provide the car with better braking power it is equipped with huge 365mm front disc brakes.

The car may be ordered with sat navi, 20-inch wheels and other enhancements.
