Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster will be presented at Goodwood
The all-new Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster will be officially presented to the public at the upcoming Festival of Speed at Goodwood, Sussex, which is not far away from Woking, Surrey where the roadster will be assembled.
The drop-top SLR McLaren Roadster will be first unveiled on Friday, June 23 and will take part in six events as well as will be present at Mercedes-Benz’s stand from Friday through Sunday.

According to the German luxury car maker, the new super-roadster will be aimed against such road monsters as the BMW M6, Lamborghini Murcielago and the gorgeous Bentley Continental GTC convertible.
Sporting an especially sturdy body, the roadster is claimed to have pretty much the same body rigidity as the older coupe version of the super car, which will result in the same uncompromised handling and passive safety features.
