Want to know more about Hennessey’s new ambitious Venom GT concept car? Here is some additional info and a couple of more sketches from the British company.

OK, what do we have here?

The bad news is that the Hennessey Venom GT, the potential Bugatti Veyron slayer, still looks more like Lotus Elise on steroids.

The good news is that the car will probably be a really good performer on the road, making the revered Bugatti look like a kid’s toy.

Consider this. The exotic super-car concept will sport a retractable rear spoiler, huge air extractor vents behind the front wheels, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser.

The latter must be a real thing, since Hennessey’s designers decided to get the exhaust tips away from the stream of air flowing from underneath the diffuser and put it right between the tail-lights, giving the car even more extreme appearance.

I hope the car will soon make it to the road.
