2008 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 4WD supercar
Look, who’s coming! The Italian brand has decided to unveil its new Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 supercar at the motor show in Geneva.
Equipped with a 4WD Viscous Traction system mated to a powerful 5.2-liter V10 engine, the vehicle is the first real competitor to the last year’s Ferrari F430 Scuderia street-legal race car.

The engine, Lamborghini is reporting in its press release, develops 560 hp available at a pretty much impressive 8000rpm, and churns out 540Nm of torque. So the LP560-4′s 3.7 seconds of zero to 62 mph acceleration time doesn’t look surprising at all. It reaches 125 mph (200 km/h) in 11.8 seconds and stops accelerating at 202 mph (325 km/h).
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 will be shipped with Pirelli Pzero 235/35 ZR 19 — 295/30 ZR 19 front and rear tires, strong and lightweight aluminum double wishbones, standard Brembo brakes and 90-liter fuel tank.
Inside this low-flying jet-fighter you’ll find an advanced multimedia entertainment system with USB connectivity and Bluetooth, LED daytime running lights and a TV tuner, although one might wonder, who needs a TV set in a car like this.
