The 2009 Hummer H3T SUT, the first pick-up truck in GM’s mighty family, has been unveiled at the Dallas Auto Show on April 2nd.

Based on the current Hummer H3 architecture, the new SUT features a full crew cab and a separate 1.5 meters (5ft) long cargo bed.

Considering that an average H3 customer spends around $600 to personalize his or her SUV, GM plans to offer about 125 different tuning accessories for the H3T to make the choice even more confusing, I guess.

First, there will be 75 Hummer Genuine Accessories for the H3T introduced, including roof rack crossbars, assist steps, brush guards, off-road lamps, and “an extensive cargo management system of bed-mounted storage boxes that mount to the trucks standard aluminum bed rail system”, GM is reporting in its press release.

Later there will also be presented a range of HUMMER Officially Licensed Accessories for the H3T developed by SnugTop, Defenderworx, Truck Vault, MileMarker, Bushwacker, Boomerang and DiamondBack Truck Covers.

Looks like it is the right time to start saving some pocket money.
