2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series tuned by Renntech
The Florida-based Renntech tuning specialist has revealed its new program for the 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series super-coupe.
With its 6.2-liter AMG engine’s maximum power increased from 507hp to 550hp, the engine’s peak torque skyrockets to 700Nm (516 lb-ft).

The extra power is extracted with the help of slight ECU tuning, addition of long-tube headers and a motorsport style exhaust system that sharpens the throttle response.
Of course, the super car comes equipped with new sport suspension with carbon fiber strut braces to both the front and the rear as well as fully-adjustable camber bushings at all four corners. The vehicle’s ground clearance is also lowered by three quarters of an inch (about 20mm.)
There is also new aero kit consisting of a front splitter, a rear diffuser and a huge carbon fiber rear wing.
