2009 Kia Soul
With its body 411cm long, 179cm wide and 161cm tall, the upcoming 2009 Kia Soul mini MPV will be 3cm longer, 6cm wider and just 1cm lower than the yet to go on sale Citroen Picasso C3 MPV.
The new Soul will have to compete against the Honda Jazz and Renault Modus compact people movers.
According to the Korean company, the car will be motivated by a choice of three engines, a 2.0-liter and a 1.6-liter petrol powerplants and a 1.6-liter turbo-diesel with VGT.
Kia plans to start selling the Soul (ouch!) in the USA in February 2009 and worldwide in April 2009.
The mini MPV will be manufactured in South Korea.
