2008 Fiat 500 F1 Limited Edition revealed in Singapore
It looks like different flavors of limited edition Fiat 500’s will soon outnumber the original, plain and simple, super-mini.
The Fiat 500 F1 Limited Edition was revealed in Singapore on Saturday, September 27, at the “500 Drive” event.
The cars -only 12 of them will be made- differ from the normal 2009 Fiat 500 with their new chrome trim, new wheels and some F1-inspired decoration.
I’m afraid that when the F1 Limited Edition hits the street, it will be a source of major cognitive dissonance for impartial observers, since its anemic 100bhp 1.4-liter engine and a zero to 100km/h acceleration time of longer than life 10.5 seconds do not combine that good with the idea of a Formula 1 supercar.
