2010 Renault Megane Renaultsport 250

The British motorists will soon be able to grab one of the new 2010 Renault Megane Renaultsport 250 hot hatchbacks created specifically for the local market.

Coming powered by a refreshed Renaultsport 2.0-litre turbocharged engine capable of producing up to 250 horsepower and a healthy 340Nm (250 lb-ft) of torque, the sporty car comes loaded with comfort features.

Among them are heated front seats; interior leather upholstery; power driver seat with memory function; dual-zone automatic climate control; auto lights and wipers and privacy glass.

The car will roll on sexy 18-inch Keza alloys wrapped in 225/40 Dunlop Sport Maxx TT rubber.

What is even more exciting is that the car may be ordered with an optional Cup Suspension Pack that offers stiffer but more precise driving courtesy of a limited slip differential, stiffer springs, dampers and anti-roll bar and 235/40 Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires.

Together with the pack, one may also order a pair of Recaro front seats that will set you back at extra £1950.

Of course, there is also a great number of personalization options, including LED daytime running lights, bi-xenon, 19-inch Speedline alloys and even a fixed glass roof, but all those will take you far away from the recommended street price of £22,995.

The car is available for order starting 1st November and will start arriving to Renault’s British dealerships in January 2010.
