With its first public appearance at the British Motor Show in London, the 2009 Ford Fiesta ECOnetic fuel-sipping ultra-compact hatchback officially joins bigger Euro-spec Ford Mondeo and Focus models that wear the same ECOnetic badge.
At the end of July, Ford Europe will officially present its 2nd-gen 2009 Ford Focus RS super-hot performance hatchback. Compared to the current EU-spec 2008 Ford Focus, the upcoming sports car features a more aggressive body kit with lowered ground clearance, a triangular air-vent in the front fenders and, of course, a huge air intake in the front bumper that will allow better cooling of its powerful 2.5-liter engine equipped with a huge Borg Warner K16 turbocharger.
Set to be officially unveiled this weekend at the National Mustang Show in Dublin, OH, the new Roush RTC Mustang package will feature a special red and black two-tone paint scheme. Well, of course, the new paint job is not the only think that Roush has in store for the new Mustang: there are more enhancements to the new version of the iconic car that not only enhances its appearance, but also improves handling of the beast.
The new breed of electric vehicles is on offensive. As Ford UK tries to sell some more commercial vans by offering them in sporty colors, the Rochester-based company Amp Electric Vehicles offers a Smith Ampere EV conversion program that turns a normal oil-burner into a futuristic, zero emission electric vehicle.
The 2007 Ford Focus Coupe-Cabriolet was presented at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. The new transformer is a production version of the highly acclaimed Vignale Concept that was first introduced two years ago at the international motor show in Paris.
