
2014 Porsche 911 GT3
Presented at the 2014 Geneva International Motor Show, the new 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 warmed-up grand tourer will be officially the first Porsche ever to offer an active rear wheel steering system that will dramatically increase the car’s maneuverability.
The turning rear wheels and the powerful 3.8-liter flat-six engine are responsible for the GT3′s outstanding performance on the famous Nurburgring Nordschleife race track. According to Porsche, the new car takes less than 7m30s to complete a lap, which puts it in the same league with such monsters as Pagani Zonda F Clubsport, 2010 Nissan GT-R and the red-hot 2008 Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1.

Traveling through Slovenian Alps, I accidentally met a car transporter carrying a number of heavily camouflaged vehicles. One of them looked very much like the upcoming 2014 BMW X5 luxury SUV. The photos don’t reveal much in terms of general styling, but there are a couple of photos that will give you the idea on the vehicle’s rear suspension and exhaust system.
