The sporty Alfa Romeo 159 JTS has finally received a tuning kit from British tuner Autodelta. Consisting of a new body kit and a supercharger, the Autodelta 159 J4 2.2 C gives the 159 even starker appearance and much better dynamics.
With its distinctive Italian style, which is rivaled only by the likes of Ferrari and Maserati, finely crafted interior, responsive steering and well-tuned suspension, the new Alfa Romeo Brera grand tourer is a wonderful car. However, on the British market, it faces quite a stiff competition from the Japanese compact monster Nissan 350Z, and the German BMW Z4 and Audi TT sports cars.
Just 11 copies of the ultra-limited edition 2008 Alfa Romeo Spider Mille Miglia convertible will be built to commemorate Alfa’s eleven victories in the legendary race that started it all. Just to understand how devastatingly dominant had the famous car maker been at that time, consider this: in twelve races that were held between 1927 and 1938, it was Alfa Romeo that was the first to cross the finish line!
At the upcoming motor show in Frankfurt, the Italian brand is going to present its new Alfa Romeo 147 C’N’C Costume National special edition sporty hatchback.
Although the choice of partner brand in this particular instance looks somewhat peculiar (I mean, we’ve already got used to limited edition vehicles created together with makers of car tires or car multimedia and sound systems, but a clothing company? Hm…), but the vehicle still looks quite nice, mainly thanks to the chosen color scheme.
The British sports car aficionados are now able to grab one of the new limited edition 2007 Alfa Romeo 147 warmed-up hatchbacks. They should hurry up though, since the local branch of the Italian car manufacturer plans to sell no more than 800 hatches.
U.K. tuner Autodelta plans to unveil this Saturday its new tuning program for the dynamic 2006 Alfa GT Coupe. It is really a pleasure to see that the tuning specialist didn’t limit its effort to altering the car’s exterior, but also provided it with an impressive engine upgrade.
The Italian Alfa Romeo company has eventually introduced its latest Alfa GT BlackLine limited edition series to the U.K. market. Although not featuring anything earth-shuttering in terms of technical specifications, the new limited edition car may still help the struggling Italian brand to sell an extra hundred or two of sporty-looking coupes.
Alfa Romeo plans to add a little make up to its Alfa 147‘s aging face, removing the chromed tailgate strip, while adding chromed whiskers to the side of the front grille, which will also feature chromed egg-crate design. It is expected that the little sporty family hatchback that was first launched six years ago in Turin, will still offer you no more than four engines with only one of them (the 1.9-liter four-banger) working on diesel.
