Announced less than three months ago, the 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate entry-luxury station wagon has already received a tuning package from the revered AMG tuning house. Now it is Carlsson’s turn to do the job.

And it looks like the Merzig, Germany-based tuning specialist is eager to bring you an upgrade package that not only significantly enhances appearance of the new estate, but also makes it very fun to drive.

Well, it certainly looks like a day of sporty estates! After the gorgeous 2008 Audi RS 6 Avant that looks more like a jet fighter, another German car manufacturer introduces its own take an a performance SW with a lot more civil appearance. Although it took the German company almost a week to unveil the C 63 AMG version of its recently presented 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate station wagon model, the wait was certainly worth it.

Mercedes has just revealed the new generation of its C-Class family of station wagons. Judging by the press photos, the new car looks a lot more energetic and, well, expensive than the previous C-Class boasting muscular fenders, elegantly shaped head lights and a new corporate grille that houses the famous Mercedes Star.
